Terms of use

Version 2026-09 · Organizer, club, school and class accounts

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Wdraw.com platform by persons who receive an access code: event organizers, club or dojo managers, school principals and class leaders. By signing in, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Access codes

Your username and password are personal and confidential. You do not share them, you keep them safe and you promptly notify the organizer or Wdraw.com if they are lost or suspected of being used by someone else; the password is then replaced. You are responsible for what is done with your code.

3. Information you enter

You register only persons you are authorized to register (members of your club, students of your school or class). You ensure the information is accurate and that the required consent has been obtained — that of the parent or guardian for a minor under 14, and the separate consent for publishing the name on the public page. You keep proof of these consents. You use the information the platform gives you access to solely for the event.

4. Proper use

The platform is used to run the event for which your code was issued, and nothing else. It is forbidden to enter abusive or discriminatory content, to upload unlawful or malicious files, to attempt to access another organization’s data or to bypass access controls, or to copy or decompile the platform.

5. Messaging

Messaging is for exchanges related to the event. Messages may be read by the event organizer and, for technical support, by Wdraw.com; they are deleted with the other event information. When automatic translation is enabled, the text of a message is sent to a translation service outside Quebec; do not write sensitive information there.

6. Availability

Wdraw.com makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, especially on the day of the event, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep printed sheets on the day of the event.

7. Suspension

A breach of these terms may lead to suspension of the access code by the organizer or by Wdraw.com, without notice in case of a security or confidentiality breach.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec.
